BioI work in communications for a variety of clients, my passion is food writing.
I have been writing about regional and local food, reviewing restaurants and wines for more than 11 years. I have had a column in the Daily Post and contributed to the North West Enquirer, Metro, Daily Express, North West Evening Mail and the Halifax Evening Courier.
I have contributed to the Dining Out Guide to Wales and the North West Food Lovers' Guide. I am chairman of Wirral Farmers' Market (run by volunteers) and one of the founders of the Wirral Food Festival, which attracted 23,000 visitors in 2007. This year Wirral Farmers' Market won the best farmers' market in the UK at the BBC Food and Farming Awards. I was awarded the honour of Wirral Tourism Ambassador Award and I am nominated for Cheshire Woman of the Year.
